  It took 2 days to coordinate, and when they finally made it out to look at our cars, (a 4 runner and a ford) we found out it's "just a fuse" in the 4 runner. They didn't have the right amp fuse so they stuck in a lower amp one and got it running, then took a look at my other car, (I got an ok deal for the look at both cars) and told us what was wrong with it and that it would cost approx. 300.00 to fix.
  After they left we went to the auto parts store to buy the right fuse and when we left we didn't even get out of the drive way when the 4 runner died; it blew the fuse, the same one that we just replaced. We called him up and explained the problem and we were told that it may be the distrubutor or the ignition swith and we should buy a few fuses. He was then going to go back to the shop to see if he had the parts that he thought was the problem and call us.
  Finally heard from him and all we were told was that they don't know what it is. If I pay somone to come out and fix my car then I expect it to be fixed. Sure I got a deal on the "diagnostic" but they didn't do any work. I work 30 miles away, which means 3 bus changes and 4 extra hours added onto my 10 hr work day. I will not be using this mobile mechanic again.

  Highest recommendation, professional, personable, friendly, reliable, knowledgable, affordable, and went far above & beyond the call of duty to get the job done. I needed an alternator belt repair job done on a roadside with some urgency, after hours on a Sunday night. I supplied the wrong size belt, and Roadside Rescue was willing to travel late to get the right belt. He worked in 35F January pouring rain. The belt in question was in a very cramped, inaccessible location, so it was no easy fix. I really feel fortunate that he took my call.

  Called them in the morning, my work truck was immobile, They came out same day and diagnosed the problem, a broken motor support and cv joint was damaged. We arrived at a fair price and within an hour or two, all was fixed and was able to use the vehicle for work again. Thanks, Franz
