Introduction: I have a unique ability to put into words skills and abilities my clients have always known they have but have not been able to put into words. They sometimes refer to me as the "word finder"! Building the coaching relationship and getting into the questioning phase where the client ends up asking rhetorical questions, realizes the answer and has a moment of discovery is the part I like the most about my job. It is wonderful to witness these "aha" moments!
