FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent the vast majority of my childhood with a disposable camera in hand and a pencil to the paper. When I got older, I started honing those skills and eventually knew I'd want to make a career out of it. I'm crazy lucky to be doing what I love.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
With my photography work, I am most commonly involved in creating memories dealing with child, family, couples, senior, maternity and newborn portraits. I have also done some commercial photography in the past. I do prefer portrait sessions more than anything else, however because I love when both my clients and I can have fun during a session. My most common design services tend to be logo creation, business cards, brochures, signage (including banners, billboards and even semi-trailer and even bus advertisements) and tee shirt and other clothing designs. If it can be printed, I can create it!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I compete in online design contests on occasion and recently I won the contest for the Washington Poison Control Center's newest initiative. It's always fun designing logos but knowing it's something that will be seen all over the state you live in is really cool!
