Whits Window Cleaning cleaned our roof and gutters it looks brand new! He also installed leaf relief covers as well. What stands out about Mike was the way he cleaned up the huge mess and cleaned our windows as well. He went above and beyond our expectations.

Whit's Window Cleaning cleaned my roof. I have comp. shake style. We had large amount of moss and pine needles over our roof area. Whit's cleaned and treated our roof, it looks brand new. He also, cleaned up afterwards, in a more than professional way.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We offer expert moss removal & control, window cleaning inside & out, gutter cleaning & covers. The difference is we use drops inside your home to protect carpet from drips while cleaning your windows. Moss is gently brushed off by hand, no pressure washing of roof needed. This extends the life of your roof, then we air -blow off the remaining debris, and add zinc to kill off and prevent any future growth. Our Gutter cleaning offers a flush of downspouts with water to unsure it is clog - free to the ground. Just because the gutters themselves may be clean, without actually flushing them with water it is difficult to determine if they are fully functionable. We make sure they are completly flushed and add a downspout screen to ensure the sytem will not clog the downspouts between cleanings.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. We recently finshed pressure washing the tile roofs on a local apartment community. It was very challenging dealing with litterally hundreds of decks. The job went well I believe we had 2 decks to re-clean out of a 100! The moss was inches thick and landed all over the outside decks and grounds. There were 22 units, each unit having over ten apartments each. In order to get the job done with so few compaints, we took our time and treated each deck as if it were our own. The 2 compaints were far less than i would have ever expected and were fully cleaned to thier satisfaction. This was one of the biggest jobs we ever completed and it was a good feeling to give the apartments a fresh, clean feeling.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Always ask for references any one can be lic / bonded but a true professional should have a long list of referals.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Before and after results are what I enjoy. I love to transform properties back to new.

A. Do you use toxic Chemicals? No, using Eco-friendly products to not only be safe to the environment but to home owners and thier pets.
