Joe has been my physical trainer for the past eight months at the local Anytime Fitness. His training technique is outstanding and I really appreciate the fact that he is always trying to better himself. Joe continues to take classes in different fields of physical training so that he is better educated and more suited to give a well-rounded training approach. I always feel motivated to do my very best when training with Joe. Not only is he fun to work out with, but he will push you to your limits without causing you to be in pain or injured. Joe is also a guy who definitely walks the walk as he is always involved in events around the area that focus on physical well being and charity. If you want to train with an extremely knowledgeable and super nice guy who will give you the results you always wanted, I cannot recommend Joe enough!

Joe is a true professional who trains to impact each of his clients at their individual level. He is constantly motivated to broaden his leadership and fitness abilities to inspire his clients to achieve their own breakthroughs of success. Joe can train all levels of clients and has definitely put me through some serious workouts! I fully endorse Joe as one of the best trainers I have ever had.

I have been training with Joe for approximately four years. In that time Joe has been nothing but professional, courteous, knowledgeable and through. I knew nothing about a gym or workout equipment when we started. I can now with confidence work out in any gym setting and on any type of gym equipment. He has also taught me how to effectively work out with nothing more than my own body weight. He is quick with advice and a word of encouragement when needed. He helps out with diet, fitness, exercise and any body questions I might have. I would recommend Joe Ravenel for anyone seeking a skilled, knowegable, charismatic personal trainer!

We are raising awareness and charitable giving for the Wounded Warrior Project. We are doing this through health & fitness. • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask to meet up with them in advance to signing up. Spend some time getting to know them and their style of training. Many trainers are willing to do a free trial session. This is a good opportunity to test the waters. Believe me we want it to be a good fit for you and us too.
