  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes, we are Microsoft Certified Solutions Providers, Microsoft Certified Online Solutions Providers. In addition, we are A+ and Net+ Certified. We are constantly working towards additional certifications. In our industry, on going training is critical to keeping up with the needs of our customers.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Look for a technician that has passed but the CompTIA A+ and Net+ Certification, at minimum. In addition, look for someone who has been in the industry at least 5 years, newcomers may not know the old systems as well. And finally, look for an IT Service Provider that has a physical location, this gives you a place to go to if something goes wrong.
