    George picked up my laptop and evaluated it. I had had it serviced recently by another company that "fixed" the problem by wiping the hard drive without finding anything wrong. George would charge $75 if he fixed the problem and nothing if he didn't. He found that the video card / motherboard was bad and replacing it would run an additional $200. We decided that it would be more cost effective to buy a new machine. He returned my computer without charging anything for his time. Highly recommended.

    I wish I'd contacted The Computer Xperts the first time I needed a virus removed from my computer. MUCH faster! Less Expensive! Picked up computer and returned it, repaired, in approx. 18 hours.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. There are several things that make us different from the rest:

1. Excellent Customer Service
2. We don't rest until the issue is resolved
3. We warrant the work that we do, that means you don't pay if the same problem re-occurs (some limitations apply)
4. Competitive rates; Most often we don't charge by the hour, we charge per job.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: What computer can I purchase that will keep up to date with the latest technology so that I don't have to buy a new computer again in the next couple of years?

A: To be honest, the technological trends nowadays do not help when it comes to keeping up to date. So we try to remain conservative by just looking at the overall costs. For example, if all you do is email and web surfing, there's nothing wrong with having a Pentium 4 2.0 GHz, with 2 GB of RAM using Windows XP Home SP3. Of course if you do more with your computer than just web surfing and email, then we wouldn't recommend a Pentium 4, but this is how we service our clients, by ensuring there's a balance between cost and getting effective hardware.
