Recently, I provided a surprise birthday party for an 8 year old boy. Each guest came in their favorite costume, except the birthday boy. He about jumped out of his shoes when I swung open the door and the guests yelled surprise! The boys enjoyed 2 1/2 hours of bouncing on the trampoline, decorating cupcakes, face painting, the Lego Pit, a craft, pizza and presents, and the grand finale- a scavenger hunt to find their goody bags. As they were leaving one boy came up to me and asked, "Can we stay just a little bit longer"? All I could do was hug him and tell him, "You made my day"! That was the greatest complement I could have from a guest. . . .
