Introduction: We offer yoga, tai chi and meditation for individual instruction or groups on site or at your facility. Our teachers are highly trained, caring and love what they do. Classes are designed around your needs, whether you are recovering from an injury, training for a marathon or somewhere in between.
We are committed to providing a class that builds strength and flexibility in the body, calm and joy in the mind. No prior experience or ability to touch your toes is needed.
