- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee for the first hour has to include travel time, gas, and about two hours of setting up and taking down my equipment. My rates for a second, third hour etc., are lower.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them what they envision for their event and who will attend. Then we can talk about the best way of fulfilling their expectations and making it all memorable for their guests.
