FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Voice & Data Cabling Systems, Design & Installation. We also provide Moves, Adds & Changes on a daily basis. We specialize in Avaya Telephone Systems, such as Partner, Legend & Magix, but provide service on most Key Telephone Systems. We also troubleshoot ancillary devices such as Fax Machines, Modems, Paging Systems, Voice Mail and more.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get 3 bids, Ask for References & be sure to get detailed pricing for both materials & labor. Does the company employ a BICSI certified RCDD? Is the contractor licensed in the State of Washington? What is the contractor's license number? Do they have insurance? What is the bond number? Check with the Better Business Burea & be sure to check out their website & search for anyone that has had a bad experience with the company you are taking bids from. Also be sure to ask about warranty, and what type of support comes with the company's installation. If you're not sure what type of cabling or equipment you need, be sure to explain what it is you would like your cabling to support, ie video camers, background music, gigabit network connectivity, digital IP telephones, or simply single line telephones. Finally, ask for pictures or to be shown actual work performed. Examine the craftsmanship and pride that either is obvious or missing all together. Your cabling installation will be there for years to come. You want it done right the first time.
