Every proposal is different. Every property is unique along with the owners. Everything we do is negotiable, which has it's positives and negatives.

Find out what they need, and create a proposal that reflects what they are asking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications in oil and gas safety, Underground Storage Tank removal, HazMat training, OSHA training, Competent Person Training, CDL A Endorsement, and many hours of Real Estate classes that are ongoing.
