FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some people might think it’s high, others might think it’s a deal. In either case we provide exceptional work, something I stand behind with all my being.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make a first contact with either an email or text, and then with a call. I like to get out to see the work that would be done not just to see the job but also have a meet and greet with the customer, get to know them and get them to know me. I feel that trust is big, especially with what we’re doing, because we’re complete strangers with a job to fix a home for families, so if they get to know who I am and what I’m about it makes the whole process a lot smoother.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My previous employment had a school within itself that would have us go and train for a week every two months to enhance our skill in the trade, which was architectural sheet metal. Our tolerances are down to 1/16 on a pretty common occurrence, which after almost 6 years has fine-tuned the quality of my work in any application, not just metal.
