- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first hour of our time on the job is billed at $50, and each hour after is billed at $35/hr. If travel more than 5 miles is required, a $10 travel fee may be charged. Call ahead to find out more.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Memory upgrades, laptop repair, software troubleshooting and wireless networking problems are the most common issues I get calls about.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be skeptical about overpriced competitors. I have heard of companies charging $200+ for simple virus removal. I can remove most viruses within the first hour on the job.
