- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing in the document management industry as ech application is unique. With that being said, you can assume that the scanning (all inclusive) will run around 6.5 cents per page. Microfilm conversions will vary and destruction is around $9 per banker's box to destroy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We closely review the project with the customer and create a detailed Statement of Work (SOW.) Samples can be picked up and a free Proof of Concept is developed showing exactly what the client will receive. Once the sample and SOW is approved, work can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owner of the company spent 28 years with a document / mailing and production related company (Pitney Bowes,Inc.) We both retired from PB and started USArchive & Imaging Services, Inc. in 2003 and have been in business for over fourteen years.
