Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The greater percentage of our inspection work consists of detached single family residential property for home buyers. We also inspect commercial purchases quite frequently, and occasionally inspect REOs and do phase completion inspections for lenders.
More and more we are providing less complicated safety inspections for sellers, elderly, singles, divorcing, or newly acquired listings.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Please consider more than the bottom line. I know I do. The old adage about getting what we pay for may not address 100% of the concern here. And some clever marketing folks have tried to condition us to get more than we pay for. But at the end of the day, our clients are so glad they chose Fidelity over the more or less expensive guys.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. People like using our services because we are so good at what we do. Our inspectors are ASHI Certified, have over 14yrs. experience just inspecting, and over 40yrs. in building analysis.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Each home is a fresh slate. What I disclose about a client's property is going to be unique from every other inspection I have done. Bringing new eyes to the challenge and becoming a personal detective for my client keeps me constantly looking forward to the next project.
