He was professional, courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and he communicated with me in clear layman's terms that I could easily understand. He arrived on time. He clearly explained what he was going to do to resolve my chimney issue, and exactly why he was doing what he did. Then he took his time to ensure the job was done to perfection. I have much appreciation, for Patrick and his OUTSTANDING work ethic!! He truly cares about doing a GREAT JOB and takes pride in doing the job right...and with safety in mind!!! Had rain start to come in under chimney flashing and Starbright was able to respond quickly. While on the phone they were able to assess the chimney and the situation through Google photos and give a fair estimate. The final price came in the same as the quote.

Starbright just came out and told me the chimney patch job I wanted him to do would be a waste as the interior isn’t properly insulated and isn’t safe for a fire. He then referred me to someone who can install a gas insert for me. Reputable and honest, I really appreciate it.
