I saw Julie about 4 weeks ago after seeing a MD for some major back spasms. I have never been a huge fan of massage but I was at my ropes end with muscle pain. Julie was amazing with her strong hands and work on my back. I have since seen her for a relaxation massage and all I can say is wow. She is a true professional and I would highly suggest anyone see her that wants to experience an exceptional massage.

wow!!! i just had one of the best massages i have ever had. Julie is an amazing professional in the top 5% of all therapy providers i have seen. i suffer from lower back and neck injuries and a very physically challenging job and lifestyle.she has had a lot of training in different techniques and with the addition to her new industrial strength chiropractic vibrator it was amazing. I scheduled for an hour and a half and came so close to falling asleep many times i have never been so relaxed during a massage. Make sure you ask about Thai technique it was the icing on the cake!

Hi Julie: Yes, you can claim a share of my satisfaction in winning the gold medal this year--2011--at the National Masters Weightlifting Championships in Savannah! Your deep tissue massage on my IT band in particular enabled me to "stay in the game". Otherwise, that injury would probably have ended my competitive lifting "career". I will recommend you to any masters (older than 35) athlete with an injury. Younger athletes too could benefit, but especially with us "mature" guys, we need all the help we can get!

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Your session will never feel rushed because I leave plenty of time between scheduled sessions in case somebody runs late for their appointment and you will always receive the full time on the table that you scheduled for. I also keep the cost of massage low by keeping the overhead low.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Being out in the work force for many years I know the pressures and stress that people face in the workplace. What I like most about my job is being able to eliminate stress in our world on an individual basis every time I perform massage.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I am particularly proud of a long term client of mine who won 1st place in the National Championship Weightlifting event for his class division that was held in Georgia April 2011. We worked together for many months to keep an IT band injury under control and to help with all his aches and pains due to his rigorous training routine. He continues to receive massage from me twice a week and is considering going for the championship at the next higher level.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. My continuing education classes have enhanced my practice and made me a more balanced and well rounded therapist. I have completed a course in DEEP TISSUE TECHNIQUES as well as THAI STRETCHING TECHNIQUES.
