I keep my pricing competitive. If you get a better offer from another service provider, please let me know and I will see if I can match or beat it.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years in Property Management. I am very excited to work for myself to help individuals and small businesses. I have my Notary License, Alcohol Servers Permit and I’m an Ordained Minister. In addition I am proficient in Bookkeeping on QuickBooks and Excel. I can assist with AR/AP, Monthly Financial Reports, Budgets, Reforecasts and CAM Reconciliations.
