Find a bookkeeper who does income taxes regardless of whether they do your taxes. If the bookkeeper does not understand taxes, they will be less likely to set you up correctly for your year end. Otherwise have your tax preparer work closely with your bookkeeper to set up your accounts in a way that will satisfy your needs as well as simply work for you tax preparer.
