I have been taking pictures since I was six, so it was kind of a natural progression to end up a professional photographer. It was when I had my first child that I decided to get serious about it. I am an artist not by choice but because I can't help it and so, going into business in something I was already doing made perfect sense.
Kristin Tetuan's love for photography shows in her work. She deftly captures fleeting moments, preserving them forever. Among her favorites are senior portraits since teens exhibit that unique type of emotion.
I would say the biggest challenge has been finding my voice as an artist in a sea of talented photographers and standing apart from them. We all struggle with that.
