- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. We give you a FREE written estimate on ALL repairs/services that we feel needs to be done to fix your machine. We will never comeback and say well we forgot this part or we actually spent 5 hrs instead of the 1 we quoted you. If we spent 5 hrs on something that we quoted 1 hr for, thats our fault. Estimates are done so the customer feels more secure and you know exactly what you are getting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Because I love computers/technologies. Whether that is a computer or a iPhone. I just love it. I want to know every in and out of it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask your friends and family who they have used. Read reviews that have been done. Ask the provider for references.
