Pj was great........he goes above and beyond........I was in a computer crisis, and he came after normal hours to fix the problem.

Graemouse Technologies are fast, efficient, and less expensive than many other bids I received on thumbtack.com. PJ was prompt, friendly, and very helpful. PJ went way out of his way to accommodate me, and I am very grateful. My computer is working again! Thank you, Graemouse!!! I will definitely refer you to my friends and family!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask your friends and family who they have used. Read reviews that have been done. Ask the provider for references.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have a lot of customer referrals. We feel if you treat your customers right they are more apt to recommend you to there family or friends. We also are great communicators. We can tell you exactly is wrong and how we are going to fix it, without giving you the "Geek Speak".
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love that we are helping people. We can share our knowledge and hopefully help people along the way.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That you don't have to go to a BIG box store to get things done. The smalls guys will treat you better and need your business more.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Because I love computers/technologies. Whether that is a computer or a iPhone. I just love it. I want to know every in and out of it.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. Not complicated at all. We give you a FREE written estimate on ALL repairs/services that we feel needs to be done to fix your machine. We will never comeback and say well we forgot this part or we actually spent 5 hrs instead of the 1 we quoted you. If we spent 5 hrs on something that we quoted 1 hr for, thats our fault. Estimates are done so the customer feels more secure and you know exactly what you are getting.
