- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provided a detailed estimate on all larger projects that break down individual steps of the project. We separate our labor and materials cost so that the customer can see exactly what they are paying for. We also offer basic time and materials invoicing for those smaller projects that don't require a full estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a time to meet with the customer and go through their project so that we can provide a budget friendly and detailed estimate. Once the customer approves the estimate we collect a deposit if necessary and schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent years working in residential and commercial building maintenance. I worked directly with contractors to get various types of projects done at these buildings. I also worked on house projects for friends, family, and myself where I learned the skills I have today.
