Ams Inspections is the best. Aaron the owner is professional, thorough and knowledgeable with regard to construction details and safety. If you look elsewhere you are wasting your time. His reports are done within 24 hours, uses pictures to explain needed fixes or recommendations and he can recommend people that can do repairs if needed. Great guy and fantastic business.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask for references, how long they've been in business and if they have any reviews online. We have reviews on Yelp and LinkedIn. It gives potential clients a great opportunity to see what others have had to say about our service.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Clients love that we are very thorough and put them first. We spend 2-3 hours at the property accessing in allowable space: attic, crawl space, etc. We document our findings in a 30-40 page report complimented with color photos and diagrams depicting the overall condition of the home. Our background in real estate investment, ENERGY STAR services and construction make us a best choice for home inspection needs.

A. We love helping people make choices in one of the biggest decisions of their life: finding their home. Homes are just like any personal asset...it needs maintenance. Just like a car needs a routine oil change your home needs routine care and reporting. We provide pre-listing, pre-purchase and maintenance home inspections for buyers, sellers and home owners.

A pre-purchase home inspection for 1,000 sq ft home starts at $300.
What does a home inspection include?
Our inspector will go into any accessible area (crawl space, attic, etc.) and will report on the overall condition of the home including plumbing, structure, electrical, appliances, pest presence, etc. This typically takes 2-3 hours. A detailed 30-40 page report is emailed to you within 24 hours.

A. Our owner started investing in residential and commercial real estate over 10 years ago. He started a property management company and began to realize the value of a thorough home inspection. Whether you're looking for a fixer or a brand new home it's important to know everything you can about the property.
