James provided excellent service for the bathtub in one of my condos. It had minor cracks and dents and felt soft and squeaky, but I was unsure of the problem and dread a leak underneath. Despite consulting other professionals, who were either too costly or unable to take on the job, James quickly identified the issue. My experience with Revivr Repair was truly transformational! I had a tub which was racked with paint stains and aging and corrosion. I was convinced that even getting it partially rehabilitated would have been a blessing. My expectations were well exceeded. He was amazing at not only cleaning up all of that corrosiveness but restoring the tub to a almost new state. He put some safe footing materials on the bottom of it and I must say every time I go into the bathroom I don't hide that tub with the curtain but look at it with Relief and appreciation. This was all done without having to do any significant restoration of the term. By doing the appropriate level of cleaning and coverage the tub not only improved light years but was done in a very cuss conserving manner. He is so respectful and determined to limit costs and support his customer and regularly request our input. I highly recommend and endorse this service and plumber for their outstanding delivery and quality. I would say he was almost a lifesaver but did so with respect and cost conscientiousness.

We are competitive-priced for this area. We stick to our estimates and offer discounts for multiple services done on the same visit. Our minimum fee for an on-site service call is $275.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for some photos of their project, then if needed, speak with them directly and provide an estimate. Sometimes an on-site inspection is needed to provide a bid.
