Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Meeting and working with people. I enjoy a challenge and in the computer repair business there is always something new that I haven't seen before. Things change very fast in computer technology.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much do I charge? At least for new customers. I charge $70/hr in-shop and $88/hr onsite.
