A. Do your research! Ask questions!
I think the most important thing is know what it is you want done! Even if you do not know the terms for whatever it is, explain it to us and we will figure it out!
But ASK QUESTIONS! Know what it is you are signing up for!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have been open for seven years, but we have over twenty years of experience in house.
Since we run high powered gaming machines and have to reconfigure options, software and run regular updates on video cards, software programs and the like, we are experts in what we do!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. As a small business owner, I love working on projects. I love seeing other small businesses flourish and grow!
Knowing that we can help others do what we do, which is run a small business, is a GREAT feeling!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most of my daily clients are kids that game. So I am asked dozens of things on a daily basis, usually about this game or that game, how did so-n-so do at tournament x, when is my next tournament? Tons of different things.
From my business clients, we are often asked about the current virus scams, or if we know about a certain website that they heard has virus issues. How do they lock down their network to keep employees from surfing facebook to much.
