- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of virus removal, hard drive replacement and data backup and recovery. I also restore old PC operating systems to new so your old PC can be passed on to a family member or given to someone in need.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone that has proven experience in the computer repair industry. Hiring someone new in the industry can cause a lot of problems. The lost hourly rate is seldom the lowest final bill. I know guys in this area that charge $25 an hour but will bill you for 8hrs because there lack of experience. You get what you pay for and any seasoned technician will be billing in the $45/hr. and up range.
