We are a full-service residential general contractor, servicing as far south as Seattle and north to Arlington. Small to medium-sized projects are our specialty.

Design:
We offer design for all types of construction (conceptual or for construction needs). We have an in-house architect and also work with other architects we can refer you to. Design is available by the hour or by the project.

Estimates:
We offer a free estimate in a timely manner.

Budget Management:
In the estimating process, we will offer ways to assist in achieving a product that will meet your budget and your expectations.

Consulting in Selection of Project Details:
We offer a full-service agent who can assist you with selecting tile, paint colors and trim, as well giving you excellent tips from the insider's perspective.

We offer general home repairs, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, weatherization (rainy weather problems), window and door installations, siding replacement, insulation, flooring projects, house painting services ( including spray painting), finishing basement, concrete works and a variety of other home service needs for all seasons.

We work fast and give quality for affordable prices.

  I used Brian for part of a contract I had for refurbishing a 20 unit appartment building. He painted doors and trim for me, in his shop before installation, and painted railings and exterior trim on the building. His work was very professional. His employees showed up on time and did exactly what was bid. I thought his price was very reasonable and his work was excellent. I will use him again.
