Nicholas was prompt and professional. He had the right advice that made our home theater better than ever. Quality work and I will use him again.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically have an email or a phone conversation about the project. We then schedule the work to be done or we have further in person conversations and consultations at the project to design and consult further details.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

This industry changes more than any other. We have to keep up on the latest trends and codes. Electronics in this day change so rapidly. There is always something new coming out. We are constantly in training to learn new products and technologies.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask about past work experience before choosing the right company for your AV needs. If you are not sure exactly what you need, make sure to ask lots of questions to the representative so they can come up with the best ideas to meet your needs. Price is always a factor. Shop around. Do not go with the highest price, but never go with the lowest price either. Try finding a company that charges in that middle range.
