Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask about past work experience before choosing the right company for your AV needs. If you are not sure exactly what you need, make sure to ask lots of questions to the representative so they can come up with the best ideas to meet your needs.
Price is always a factor. Shop around. Do not go with the highest price, but never go with the lowest price either. Try finding a company that charges in that middle range.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Lots of companies try to sell only what can make them the most money. We install and sell what makes the most sense for our customers. Because this is mostly a referral based business, we have to keep our customers happy so they can refer us to other people. We take the time to understand what our customers’ needs are and give them information to come up with the best decision.

We offer the best in which technology can offer in the home today.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The smiles and the joy from our customers when they see and get to play with the final product. We also love everything from initial design to testing the finished product. It is a very fun industry to be in.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: What kinds of products and services do you offer?
A: Home Theater, Smart Home Integration, Flat panel installation, Audio/Video entertainment, Multi-Room audio/video distribution, Lighting Control, Phone Systems, CCTV, Security, Access Control, Computer Networking and Control. We do anything low voltage and work about 85% residential to 15% Commercial.

Q: Can I find some equipment online for a lesser price? If I buy equipment online or from a store, will you install it?
A: At times there will be equipment that we spec into a project that might be found at an online retailer for a lesser price. Part of our service is a one on one relationship in building an electronic system that is right for you. In order to provide this design service, we might have to sell some equipment at a higher cost then found online. We will still design and install a customer purchased item, but there might be additional charges for design time and we would not be responsible for equipment failures.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. This industry changes more than any other. We have to keep up on the latest trends and codes. Electronics in this day change so rapidly. There is always something new coming out. We are constantly in trainings to learn new products and technologies.
