Omar did a phenomenal job on our yard. He worked long and hard and did everything that was asked in a thorough manner. His price was also very reasonable. I will be using his services again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to do landscaping and area clean up work.

Question and answer

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. For leveling a walkway, driveway, or retaining wall; the all gravel, sand, ground needs to be perfectly level to make the blocks/pavers level.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How long will the job take? How much experience do you have(with the specific request)?
What guarantees can you give me? What are your ideas on the project?(Shows the comp. cares about what they do.)

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Customer: Watching the look on their face when they see the results. Or coming out to their new yard and leaving their shoes behind...
For me:
The beauty and peacefulness of a yard after a job is done.
The call backs or referrals for other customers, because it says we did a job well done for them.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. A customer said she had a back yard that she couldn't even walk around in because of all the mud and weeds. She said I have 1200 what can you do so I can at least walk across it? We were able to make a small patio and walkway and sitting area. When we were done she came out in her bare feet and smiled. She then thanked us for giving her a place to sit and be peaceful in this heck-tick world.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My husband would work 6 days a week, for 12-14 hours no breaks, no lunch for a landscaping business who paid the same by the week. The customers would tell him "Wow you work fast and you didn't miss a thing." So when the boss decided to leave the country for two months and left him in charge I asked " Is he gonna give you a raise when he comes back?" My husband said I think that was the agreement. Well when he returned...
nothing.... not even a payment for work he had done. I said that is it we are doing this ourselves, lets just try!! You have the exp. and I can figure out the rest. Having overheard conversations about pricing we had some idea where to start. The first month we had 2 customers already in the dead of winter. We love what we do.
