- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on many different factors such as size of home, condition of household, etc. We find that once we have been in a home for a few months, we are sometimes able to reduce the price because the deep cleaning is "caught up" and properly handled. Our contract clients enjoy sparkling service that is almost 50% less than our competitors. For first time clients, we offer an initial consultation and cleaning for $100. This includes the time it takes to go through your home with you and discuss your cleaning needs. After the consultation, we get started with a little cleaning in a couple rooms to get a good idea of the time it will take us. The complete first-time consultation is no longer than 3 hours. We promise to have your routine service quote to you within 72 hours from that time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common jobs are routine weekly cleanings, and move-out cleanings. We take pride in treating every customer as a long-term client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your housecleaning service provides a list of services that will be performed each time they come to your house. This way there is no miscommunication, and you know exactly what to expect for the price quoted.
