Introduction: We have many years of working with customers in occupied homes, as well as new construction. This experience helps make your project go very smooth and takes a lot of the stress away from doing home improvement. Seeing not only the finished job and how it transformed the look, but the happy customers when they see what a new paint job can do to what ever it is they need painted. Working with older Seattle homes is tremendous, you really see them transform into gorgeous homes when were done. Yet we do all types of homes every year and each one is important to us. We like to know we had a part it caring for a homes up keep and the home owner can know they have there home protected for years to come.

Seattle Paint and Drywall came to do the Trim inside my house and the work they did was amazing. They were in and out in no time and they made sure that everything looked the way it did before they came. The crew was nice and respectful of my space. I would recommend them to anyone.

The finished project went better than we had hoped. David made a thorough assessment of our (not so easy to paint) home and gave special attention to our LP siding which, if maintained correctly and well, will last; unmaintained it will require replacement costing thousands of dollars. The bid was very reasonable considering all the unique details of our home's exterior. David and his crew were very friendly and courteous. Their work was spectacular and their attention to detail was better than any other home painter I have ever worked with, including the fact that they used only the best quality paints (no cheap "big box store" stuff). They cleaned-up thoroughly at the end of every day and left a pristine exterior when they were finished. While I am certain the project required several additional hours, we were charged only for the original bid. I have no reservations in recommending Seattle Paint and Drywall for any homeowner who loves their home and wants only the best exterior job available. Next up: We will be calling David and SP&D next spring to paint our interior!

Every paint job has it's own dynamics this one being LP siding. This product needs special attention on the lower lip of the siding, being back brushed to prevent water wicking and destroying the siding. Thank you for your report look forward to seeing you again. Staff at SPND

We stay up to date on product information. Due to EPA standards paint products are continually evolving.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Right out of high school I was hired to paint by a painting contractor. I fell in love with it and started my own company when I was 21-36 years later I still love it. My sons love it as well and so we are a family owed business. My wife and I plus my brother and sister work for us as well.
