    In the past I had had poor experiences with gyms and working out. The people were too intimidating and I always got hurt. So I would quit. Then last January I started going to Super Fit and WOW what a difference! The trainers ( Jeff, Eddie, and Linda) have been with me every step of the way and guide my every move so that I do NOT get injured and DO get progress. They are always so encouraging, cheerful, and interested in me as a person and my life. I am 54 years old, I have scoliosis, and was not in great shape when I started six months ago. Today I have lost a few pounds but more important have gained muscle, balance, and endurance .... just by showing up three times a week. I love how feel and look today, and I love Super Fit!!!!

    We've been coming to Super Fit for 3 1/2 yrs. I'm now 61 yrs old and stronger and more fit than I've ever been, and most of my peers. I used to have a lot of back pain but since coming to Super Fit, it has improved to where I rarely have it anymore. My core is stronger, major muscle groups are stronger and generally I feel great overall. Jeff, Linda & Eddie supervise every session and work one-on-one with you. You are NEVER left to try and figure out things on your own like the bigger gyms. They walk with you thru every step, supervising and correcting your form so you don't injure yourself, and demonstrate proper body mechanics. The group training is awesome and clients are appreciative and supportive of one another. You won't get this kind of workout anywhere else! Worth every cent! Health is the FIRST wealth!

    I love coming to SuperFit for their amazing workouts! All I have to do is walk in the door and the rest is set up for me. Jeff, Linda and Eddie are truly gifted at what they do and how they make people feel. If it weren't for them I wouldn't be as healthy and as fit as I am going into my second pregnancy.     Super Fit is by far the very best gym experience I have ever had. In my life I have been in and out of all kinds of gyms. Weight has always been an issue.     These people look like they do what they teach & they do train themselves the way they teach their classes.

    Proper form and technique are taught well re. the exercizes. 3 days a week to work all the muscle groups and of course the heart!
    Great value too for a whole hour of training!

    I found Jeff Turner and and his Super Fit gym on Thumbtack when I was looking online for a trainer. I had originally been looking for a cross fit trainer but soon learned that Super Fit turned out to be what I really needed. Jeff's philosophy and style is an alternative to cross fit and does not impact my body in a negative way as a hard driving ballistic cross fit routine can tend to do when just starting up again like I am. Also with my work schedule not being typical because I work away from home for 4 weeks and then home for 4 weeks, Jeff has been awesome to set me up with a variation of a Super Fit routine that I can easily do on the ship while I'm away working. I will now be able to jump my 52 year old body right back in with him and the other trainers at his gym when I get home and continue on my track to great health! Thanks Jeff and staff at Super Fit,

    I have been going to Superfit for a few years and they are amazing! The staff is friendly and atttentative. I appreciate the positive atmosphere with all body types. I get more from one hour with them then I would two hours at the gym on my own. There is a focus on being healthy not skinny, which I think is so important. Very reasonable pricing for personal training. The hours are also very flexible.

    I have been going to Super Fit for 9 years and find it's a great place to keep your body and mind feeling healthy and strong. At 57 I can still ski, mountain bike and hike with my adult kids, I know its because of Super Fit especially the squats and lunges.The small group environment with the personal trainers keeps you on your toes and makes it more affordable.

    I've tried other gyms, none compare to Superfit. It's not about the facility, it's about the trainers. Jeff, Linda & Eddie are awesome! They know their stuff and they take a personal interest my success. It's the most demanding workout I've ever done but it's allowed me to do things I never thought I could. My junk-food-junkie daughter reluctantly went with me & was hooked. Two years later she's healthier & happier than ever & is now a personal trainer. If you want someone to hold you accountable and push you to be your best then I recommend you go talk to Jeff. You won't be sorry, Superfit truly is different.

    Jeff and his trainers have helped me put on about 6lbs of muscle in the last several months. I've been able to do that workong out 3 times a week. There is enough variety to keep it interesting and a lot of camraderie amongst the people.

    I've been a member of a lot of gyms, so what makes this one any better? Simply put - I've been a member of Super Fit for a little over a year and I still look forward to coming. That is when you see results.

    The things that keep me wanting to go? An eclectic mix of friendly people, fitness oriented and not only weight loss oriented, happy trainers with an impressive amount of experience, a routine that is personalized as well as switched up frequently (aka no boredom) and for what you're getting, the price can't be beat.

    My health has improved greatly and for those of us who are concerned about their weight, I'm down close to 40 pounds and the weight is still dropping. Without a doubt, Super Fit has helped me reach those goals.

    I started to attend SuperFit recently.... very unusual and effective form of training - 3 coaches for the group of 8-12 people. Rooms are rather small but very reasonably arranged - training is based on the type of rotation. Coaches are very attentive and positive. Prices are very reasonable. I am happy I made this choice - to start with Super Fit!

    Though I've only been with Super Fit for just a month I can say that I feel as though I've been there for years. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and non-intimidating, something I appreciate very much and that which has prevented me from joining many of the clubs and groups out there. There's no competition except you competing against yourself to see just how far you can push yourself for you. And the staff, I can't speak highly enough about their knowledge and willingness to guide each and every individual to have the most effective workout possible during each and every training session. They will ensure that with hard work you will achieve your goals at a safe and effective pace. The trainer to student ratio is something I've not seen in any other fitness center, adding that extra personal touch and direction most miss out on elsewhere. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Experience is everything when it comes to a personal trainer. Super Fit's three trainers have a combined 58 years of experience and education.

The most important step to making group training program a success is finding a qualified professional trainer who understands your preferences and is flexible and versatile enough to meet your needs.

Working with Super Fit trainers will ensure that your exercise program is balanced, safe and effective. We will provide a variety of exercises and activities the will keep you from getting bored. Adding a friend or two will make your sessions fun and provide a common ground that builds your relationships with one another.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Get an experienced trainer. Ask how long they have been training and what is their certification. Ask how many clients they have an how many hours they train in a week. It takes ten or more years to really become an expert personal trainer.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Understanding that private personal training is relatively expensive ($50 to $75 an hour on average) and most often by young, inexperienced trainers. We offer a much more affordable personal training experience by highly experienced trainers that have been in the profession for 10 to 28 years!

We are in small groups with three trainers which makes if more dynamic, energetic and eliminates boredom and personality conflicts.

A. We are not complicated. We have three packages, 76-session ($18 per hour), 36-session ($21 per hour) and an 18-session package ($25 per hour). A. Come in and workout with us a few times. Then get your IFPA personal trainer certification (or others) and come in and intern with us for a few weeks.
