My work consists of home remodel, repair, maintenance and preventative maintenance, including, but not limited to:
* drywall install and repair
* lighting install and repair
* plumbing repair
* pressure washing
* painting inside and out
* gutter install, repair and cleaning
* fence install and repair, etc.
My work is quality at an affordable price. I do all the work myself, so the savings are passed on to you. Occasionally I will send a helper depending on the size of the job and my availability.

Jeramie has been such a great resource for us! He's done everything from install bathroom vanities to building a coffee table to repairing appliances. It feels like any time I have a question or problem, Jeramie can figure out how to fix it. Honest, patient, and super dependable. I'd recommend him to any one I know... and do! He was a referral to us from one of our real estate clients and I now refer him to many of my other professional contacts.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't hire someone that asks for money upfront to do the job or not willing to back their work after it is finished.
Do your homework compair prices but beware if their prices are unusually lower than everybody else.
Get references for past customers
A true professional won't agree to jury rig something no matter how much the home owner would like you to.

A. How long have they been experienced in their field?
Do they have any references?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Find out what the regular going rate is for a skilled contractor for the job planned.
How long the job should take.
Find out what things need to be done ahead to prepair for the project, no contractor likes furniture or any other personal items of the owner to be in the way of the area to be worked on. Seems basic but you would be surprised how many people overlook that simple task.
