Introduction: Body & Brain holisitic yoga is based on ancient Korean energy healing arts. We incorporate the energy circulation and accumulation benefits of ki gong with the strengthening and flexibility benefits of yoga. In addition this modernized ancient technique focuses on allowing you to move beyond your thinking brain allowing your body mind and spirit to become healthy and whole. Seeing my members meet the goals they set for themselves at the outset and then seeing them set more goals. Witnessing the changes in my members lives, their outlook on themselves and their responsiblity in the world.

After 7 months of going to classes at Holistic Yoga at Lynnwood, I am experiencing many benefits: more flexibility, much improved back and core strength, overall better energy. Prior to starting this program, I had moderately painful lower back that impacted my overall function. My back pain is practically gone, and when I feel it it is a vague discomfort. I would recommend this program highly.

I love bodynbrain yoga. My body is much healthier. My brain is more peaceful. The more I go the more I want to keep going. I'm learning how to control my energy and make good energy no matter what I'm confronted with. My relationships are happier and more meaningful. My body is stronger and nearly pain free. Thanks for being such devoted yoga instructors and helping me learn how to relax and heal myself. Thank You!
