To Whom It May Concern:
Vestal Services (Bob) has worked for me as my maintenance and repair man for many years. His job was to maintain eight commercial buildings containing approximately 40 businesses leasing space from us.
His job involved constructing tenant improvements such as office areas or inspection rooms. He built demising walls when needed or demolished walls as needed. He searched out and repaired roof leaks. He is capable of basic framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall installation, carpentry and painting. There isn’t much he can’t do.
Just as important, the tenants enjoyed working with him and trusted him completely. Bob is easy going and likes to please. In trying to work with the tenant’s busy schedules, Bob would sometimes work in their bays at night. The tenants trusted him completely to come and go at any hour.
He takes pride in what he does and enjoys doing the job right. I would hire him again if I should ever choose to come out of retirement.

A. Everything from repair toilet leaks, to complete remodels.

A. Check references.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Customer's I have worked for always call me first for any new repairs, as they are never disappointed with the quality, expediting and most of all the honest fair pricing they were billed. Aproximately 80% of my work load comes from return customers. A simple phone call to any of my clients will confirm the respect I've earned.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The people I meet. The satisfaction I get when they are happy with the results of their project or repairs. And the compliments they usally are compelled to relay to me for the great job rendered. Most have had bad experiences with prior contractors and now know they have the right company to trust.
