Todd & LeAnn Werner are specialists in property maintenance as well as home and commercial repairs. We understand the challenges a homeowner faces and are happy to assist you with your repair needs, landscaping/yard clean up needs or just about anything around the house that needs fixing.

The wonderful thing about offering Handyman services are the many wonderful customers we meet and the broad range of services we can offer at a reduced cost than perhaps a plumber would charge for minor plumbing repairs or an electrician for minor electrical repairs.

We can also install most appliances at a reduced cost than most retailers charge for installation and also offer the service of picking up and delivering your appliance purchase be it a water heater, stove etc.

We have a comprehensive 26 year background, we know we can help and welcome the opportunity to assist you with your needs.

    I specifically asked this company for a bid. They responded one time. I wrote back giving further details. They have not got back with me since. Obviously they are too busy and make too much money to help a new customer. If they are going to give a disservice this early on in the game, I certainly wouldnt use them to do my project. I only problems with this company. What happened to old fashioned customer service??!! Guess these guys fit right along with the corporate buracratic BS that I try and stay away from. NO THANKS!!!

    We certainly regret your experience with receiving a bid. We specifically stated we were not available until the 10th of May. Yours is a large drywall project and we could not provide a bid site unseen. We were provided only minor details of the project when we requested additional information from you. At this point we can't know how much drywalling is required such as are ceilings being drywalled, flat wall space, door ways, closets etc. We wish you the best of luck with your project.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common jobs that we perform for our clients are minor plumbing ie: installing garbage disposals, water heaters, repairing sink blockages, faucet replacements, toilet installations and repairs. Also minor electrical issures ie: light fixture installations, switch replacements, dimmer switch installations, ceiling fan installations.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. Our most recent jobs we have completed were water heater installations, gutter cleanings, mulitple dimmer switches and lighting fixture installations, as well as a small bathroom remodel.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. First I would suggest that the customer insure that the contractor is licensed, bonded and insured. Also it is suggested that the scope of services offered are within the scope of the specialty contractors licensing.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I were a customer what I would wish to know about our trade is the many different services that we offer that can save a considerable amount of money ie plumbing problems can usually be handled by a handyman service at a much reduced rate than a plumber typically charges and the same holds true for many electrical problems.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out from others who do what we do because we put a value on professionalism and customer satisfaction which gives us great word of mouth advertising and refferals.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We enjoy the diversness of the projects that we work on and growing our relationship with our customers.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. After our customers discuss the repair issue at hand we are commonly asked about our fee and how soon we can get the repair scheduled. Most customers are surprised to learn that our service rates are much less than anticipated, and we typically have the repair scheduled within a 24 hour period depending on our customers schedule.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. A recent job that we are particully proud of is a dining room and kitchen refreshen. The project entailed new paint colors, new appliances, lighting fixtures and lighted cove moulding. Two ordinary white rooms have been transformed with popping color and nothing short of a gourmet resturant atomosphere. Our clients are estatic with the small changes made that represents a large impact.
