- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
How do we price our work: Window cleaning Base price is $4.00 per window for inside and out (it will occasionally vary based on if the window is extra-large or extra high or difficult to reach). If it is construction clean up the price will be higher. Window cleaning includes removal of all foreign debris, wipe down of interior frames and ledges and remove and replace screens. We also clean screens if wanted for an extra charge ($2.00 per screen). Skylights are $6.00 Gutter pricing 1 story up to 2000 sq. Foot. $100.00 $125.00 2 story up to 3000 sq. Foot. $150.00 - $175.00 3 story up to 4000 sq. Foot $200.00 $225.00 Over 4000 sq. Feet or over 3 stories we probably need to see it. Gutter cleaning includes Removal of debris from all gutters and downspouts Making sure all elbows are clear and running free. Any mess cleaned up. Make report if any issues with gutter are discovered. Pressure Washing & Roof Blowing $75.00 per hour (2 hour minimum for just pressure washing or roof blow. If combined with another service minimum is 1 hour) May need to call with details from job site to estimate time
