Environment Control of North Seattle helped us repair and recover from water damage in our kitchen. When this happened, they were prompt to send someone over to investigate the source and then recommend the work needed in order to fix it. Their work estimate was very detailed, highlighting everything needed in detail. On the day when the work was planned, they walked us through what they were planning to do each day, as well letting us know what parts of the kitchen would be accessible. End of each day followed by a verbal report as well as their team checking in over text msgs if we have any follow-up questions or concerns. In summary, they operate a highly professional, coordinated, and transparent team that keeps you informed along the whole process. Thank you Ron and the team! It has been pleasure working with Israel, Ron and team on getting water damage fixed in my powder room. I contacted several companies but they came up on given time, most professional, did end to end analysis of problem, found all the possible things to fix and provided estimates which was value. They ended up taking some extra time but ensured that work is of very high quality and still finished within the given estimates. I would definitely and highly recommend them a d would take their service again without thinking on twice !!
