We do anything outdoor-related pretty much. I have two degrees in Horticulture, licensed (Lic#YARDWE*928BD), and can be available.
We do mostly installations and maintenance on residential properties, but we also accept commercial accounts as well.
New customers usually begin with a clean-up from $500-$2,000 followed up by $2-500 per month maintenance, then we might begin adding plants.
A. we approach and cover the property with an educated eye (2 degrees in horticulture).
We bill hourly rates or can give you a bid, but we don't force anyone into lengthy contracts.
We pay a lot and spend a lot of time being "legal" and this pays off for customers piece of mind and quality of service. Occasionally something can go wrong on even the best intentioned job by good people, and you will be covered for that.
A. It's actually very simple.
We look and listen to what the job is.
We give an estimate in hours and materials.
You, the customer can choose to then pay us for how many hours it takes us to do the job (be it a little less or a little more than the estimate) OR ou can have us give a bid on the job that doesn't change.
Maintenance work we charge for hourly and set a monthly maximum we try to stay under. we will contact you, the customer, if we see the work you want us to do will be over our maximum that month. we do not require a contract for maintenance, you can cancel at any time.
We send an invoice near the end of the month with details on what was done including time & materials.
You pay us by check or cash.
