Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Six minute facelifts, color, color and more color :)

Nationally accredited medical massage therapist that does L&I cases, car accident, injury, pregnancy, and we do all the insurance paperwork.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Google, Yelp, Facebook, Thumbtack and see what the people who have been clients for one or twenty years have to say.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That the FDA allows us to put virtually anything on our bodies as it does not control the beauty industry.
On my website I instruct people to go to www.skindeep.com and look up every product they use at home. It is VERY scary once people are aware.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We have a unique philosophy, and are proud to say we have served the eastside for over twenty six years!

We teach people how to take care of themselves naturally with no surgery, costly procedures, fillers or harmful side effects.

We also instruct out in the professional community so we have to stay completely up to date on science and trends.

We constantly research products and the science behind the newest and most natural ways to keep you loving the way you age!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The people!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What is the all time best beauty tip you can give me?

I know it seems boring but....Consistency is the best beauty tip anyone could ever give you and it's free!

The people, (and you know who you are) that say "I want my hair and skin to be beautiful all the time, BUT..." I won't blow dry, style or use hair products, and I never wash my face at night only in the morning".

It is like hearing someone say "I really want to lose weight, BUT I won't work out and I have to eat a bowl of ice cream every night".

It is boring hearing someone say "I excercised and watching my caloric intake" versus "I lost weight taking this product, it was like magic, the weight just fell off me".

But we all know deep down it is consistency that works.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That people are our business and we put our all into each and every guest, friend, client and family member.

We are true believers in doing right by everyone, and it will come back to us.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I loved all facets of design from the time I was in third grade.
That love grew into being drawn to hair, makeup, the science of skin care and mostly my love for people.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Because I train teams in anti ageing skin care and teach color labs to licensed professionals I have to be on the cutting edge of the latest science and theory in my business.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Whatever you do love it!
Be consistent, organized and do whatever you do at 100%.
You will be happy and people will be happy with what you deliver!
