A. Chocolate really is good for you as well as yummy. There is a wide range of quality in the chocolate industry. Quality ingredients produce a quality end product.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask about the ingredients. Are they fresh, natural, non-artificial? Is it mass produced or created in small batches? Choose your own favorites, don't be pressured into purchasing something that someone else likes. Everyone has thier own personal taste experiences and preferences.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Are you open to trying a robust flavor of dark chocolate? Quality dark chocolate is not bitter. It contains unique flavors that you may have been missing.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love watching people discover the true qualities of real chocolate. I enjoy discovering a new flavor revealed from a chocolatier's unique creation.

A. New methods of processing chocolate are better revealing and enhancing the flavors and nutritional characteristics of quality cacao. As we discover the nutritional value as related to our health, more chocolatiers are using natural and organic ingredients. These are not only better for you but, taste better too.
