A deer hit my car and it needed quite a bit of repair, driver's side was basically demolished. My insurance company suggested three repair places, I chose Crossroads Collision Center as it was close to my work. I was very pleased with their personal service and the result of the repair, it was done quickly, exactly when they said it would be ready, and the repair is perfect. Impossible to tell where the repair started and ended, I am pleased and happily recommend them to anyone!

I want to take a minute to thank Robert and the team at Crossroads for doing what they said they would do.
They stepped up to the task and completed the body work on my commercial truck in 2 days on time and did a perfect job. I went to several local shops and they did not want to touch it. Crossroads stepped up and said they would! Great job guys. Thanks Again, Tom @ Arch Mechanical– Tom

A. Please ask for complete and detailed estimates and ask questions if necessary. No one likes hidden expenses that you find out about at the end of the job!

A. Estimates are free. No Charge. They are given before you make your appointment to drop off your car. We work out all details with the automobile insurance companies so you don't have to.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. You should feel comfortable enough to ask any questions you have. A professional facility understands that this can be a stressful event and collision repair may be a new experience for many. The right service professional is happy to address any of your concerns.
