- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus, Spyware, Trojan & Malware Removal. I also do a tune-up at the same time and that really helps speed up your laptop or desktop! I replace alot of screen's because we have great prices and warranty! We also change alot of DC (power jacks) and Fans in Laptops!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the person doing the work knows what they are doing. Also, I STRONGLY think you should make sure they have a store which means they will most likely be around if a warranty problem comes up! Like always, just make sure they are very nice on the phone!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There is a BIG difference between your back yard computer tech's and your Computer tech's that have been to school and have 16 years in the field with their own store!
