I have been going to see Pat S. for two years. During the sessions on health and fitness, I have learned a lot about stress, nutrition, exercise and other health related/stress problems.
At the conclusion of each session there is a wonderful relaxation time. I
always leave feeling very relaxed and ready for what the day will bring.
She has provided me with cd's to continue my stress/weight relaxation
sessions at home.

A. Everyone can relax and learn stress reduction techniques. Mindfulness is a great skill to learn.

She brings over 45 years of experience in the health field to her practice. She has taught birth hypnosis classes (HypnoBirthing and Blissborn ) for the past 10 years and her couples have wonderful births.

A. Providing individual attention and helping my clients feel better about themselves and their circumstances.

A. I have over 45 years in the health field, both as an RN and CNM. This background allows me to understand your medical issue, and tailor our sessions with this in mind.
