Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Window cleaning,homes and business. Cleaning rain gutters, Removing and treating roofs with moss build up. Power washing sidewalks, driveways, homes with metal or aluminum siding. Carpet cleaning. Upholstery Cleaning with quick drying time. My son does small plumbing & maintenance repairs.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Get several bids and then spend time talking with your potential provider. You want to feel comfortable with the person you hire as they will be spending time on your property and you need to feel that they are honest & can be trusted when around your property. Make sure respect and care is taken when working at your place.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Quality and reasonable prices are important to us. Our customers always appreciate personalized service from a family business. We discuss each job in full detail before we begin. After the job is complete, we review our work with the customer to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the results.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The service industry is very satisfying work. I enjoy cleaning and giving attention to detail, like I would expect from someone working in my home. Cleaning is good, honest work and I have been at it for 20 years. I also enjoy meeting new people and providing a valuable service to them.

A. Our most common questions involve price and quality of work. Our #1 priority is giving our customers 110% quality work. We do our best to keep affordable for home owners and businesses where keeping costs down is so important in todays economy. I really believe we can give you the results and cleaning that you are looking for and expect.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That we are meticulous and give attention to detail in all our jobs. That i am interested on how the finished job looks before being overly concerned with the price. We strive for customer satisfaction on each job. Our best advertisement that we could have is your Word of mouth. It does work.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I started work for a McDonalds as the maintenance man, cleaning windows. I later moved on to wash windows for another company. Soon though, my new employer went out of business. Fortunately, with my skills and good reputation, I picked up working for the customers of my previous employer and developed it into my own successful cleaning business!
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I always stay informed in the service industry as new products and new systems are always being invented. I am open to new ideas, especially if it can save the customer time and money. But no invention can take the place of quality work and great customer service!
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. We use a window cleaning product that has no petro chemicals or phosphates. We use cleaners that are environmentally friendly to our ecology. Non toxic & green friendly.

A. We charge by the window or by the job. A rough estimate can be given over the the internet or by phone. Once at the job site we go over the price with the customer to make sure they approve before beginning work.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. I like to treat every job like it's my own property, taking much pride in the finished results and knowing full well that future business might come from referrals and satisfied customers. Customer satisfaction and safety is #1 in my service.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. I am always working on improving our customers satisfaction, and being mindful that we are always respectful of all our customers property while performing work. Also informing customers of other services we provide.
