Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When looking for the right agent to represent you in a purchase or sale of real property it is important to find out how experienced they are. Find out how long they have been an agent and find out how much volume they have sold and the number of closed sales they participated in. One of my more proud accomplishments is the statistics of my sales; I have sold over 175 separate tax parcels totaling in excess of $14,000,000.00 just in the last 5 years in a town with a population of 1700. I have been a full time Real Estate Agent for the 13 years.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am a Washington Licensed Real Estate Agent. I am also a webmaster and understand and am fluent in HTML. My web site has been the key to my success in Real Estate. I purchased the domain name "FindLakefront" and it has gotten excellent exposure worldwide. I receive about 500 clicks a day off Google and Yahoo.
