- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. After you contact me I will respond with a questionnaire for you to fill out that will ask about your project, design aesthetic, budget, and timeline, whether you prefer virtual e-design services or in person. 2. We will then schedule a meeting either in person or over the phone to discuss the direction of your project, share ideas, and decide how best to move forward. 3. I will then provide a detailed Scope of Work which will include an estimate of design hours/fees is provided to get started along with a contract. 4. Next, if your local to me I will come to your home and take measurements and pictures of the space. If you are choosing virtual e-design services you will be the one doing the measurements and sending photographs of each wall. 5. I then will get to work coming up with the design and creating visuals to represent the proposed changes. Once I've spent time developing floor plans, furniture, fabrics, and finish selections, I will present the finalized design of your project including color palettes, selections and other design features for review & approval. 6. Should you have any desired tweaks we would make those and then the fun can begin of transforming your space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Architecture and 7 and a half years of experience in an Architectural Firm working on a range of design projects. I have been planning and designing events non professionally for over 8 years but professionally for one.
