The most common reasons why people bring in their computer are: - My computer performance is slow - Can you recovery my data? Slow computers many times mean the computer is infected with viruses. Usually when that happens, the operating system needs repair also. Once we fix the virus problem and operating system, we optimize the computer for top performance. We also help many people recover their personal data.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that your technicians are certified to be able to solve your problems. For example, just because someone has an A+ PC Service Technician does not mean that they know how to successfully repair laptops.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Our technicians are not beginners but seasoned, mature technicians who have been in the industry providing technical support for at least 10 years. We are firm believers in being certified for what hardware or software you are supporting and have high standards for customer service.
